Can anyone explain why no new artifact appearances or colors are in Lemix?

or color variation for ANY artifacts in Lemix is..a wild missed...

Is it just me,or he seams a little weird and funny talking ,i hope they didn't give him something to make him relax.
After thinking about it, maybe I should have named this post "Two and a half Warlocks"....
