Well, here it comes. The updated list of the "Newish" Rare Mobs in WoW. Now before your feathers get in a bunch, realize that they have been around, but this list gives focus on the "new" droprates on them for Patch 4.1.0.
Before I get started here, I want to remind you that there is a new Glyph, Glyph of Frost Armor out there, and although we are not sure where it comes from (trainer, Book of Glyph Mastery, Research), get it before anyone else does, and get it up on the AH!
I also want to hit on the new Jewelcrafting Ring- The Punisher's Band. Use up a few of those Jewelcrafter's Tokens and craft em. Up on the AH too, remember, if you aren't first, you are last. Well, in racing and the gold game at least. Kinda. Now, onto my post!
Loot will be updated at a later time, so make sure and toss this on your favorites (or hit up my RSS feed) for an easy later search. You might notice that in this extension of my Rare Mob series (Part I, Part II, and Part III) I have added pics so you know who/what you are searching for.
Hope this helps you on your quests to gets the drops (was that hillbilly enough for you?). Remember, Poseidus is dropping a BoE mount, I know there is a huge todo list when you login today, but passing up a "sellable" mount is just crazy to not try....Good luck today!

Hey there Alto, I've been checking out your blog for a few days now(one of the first I've read) and i was hoping you could do me a huge favor and add in what drops from these mobs and what the drop rates are? Possibly spawn times?
I've never farmed mobs for profit and i want to try.
If you can't do any it's all good i'm just curious about which to go after other than the BoE mount.
Thank you so much =).

Nate,
This post is the more "rare" rare mobs if that makes any sense. They are basically on an 18-24 hour spawn time. I wouldn't recommend trying for these to make gold, just check the area when you are there.
The first few parts are mos def (I, II, and III) I have listed a bit better, as the spawn timers on them are 2-8ish hours.
When I farm these mobs, I normally just fly through one zone, and use my addon to find them. NPCScan addon (I talk about it in Part III) is a great addition, as it will popup a "warning- XXX mob is near" on your screen.
Hope that helps bruddah, and thanks for reading and commenting!
