Hey folks, just a quick post for anyone and everyone that has used TSM- Please read and take a minute to help out Sapu:
There is currently an error/bug that Blizz has not fixed and without the help of you (yes, you!), this will continue and...heaven forbid...at release of Pandaria....still continue to be an issue, and we don't want that. For the few thousand of you that will read this post, how many will/can contribute? I hope all of you do your part, but sadly, some people won't. Don't be that person.
I do not ask much from my loyal readers, but I am asking now. It doesn't cost anything, only a minute or two of your time. Read the forum post and go from there. I did a copy and paste of the steps Sapu posted below as well.
If you are on US forums:

If you are on EU forums:

Next time you run a get-all scan, do this PLEASE! (copied from the forums for ease). These are the steps, you can do this quite easily with the steps provided. After doing this, please go to your [US or EU] forum page and post your findings!

If anybody is on a server which is currently affected by this bug, I'd be interested in knowing how many auctions GetAll scans return for you vs the number of auctions on your auction house. To find this out:
1) In the default browse tab, clear all filters and do an empty search. Type /dump GetNumAuctionItems("list") and look at the second return value (ie the number after "[2]="). Alternatively, scroll down to the bottom of the results and look at the total there (should be the same).
2) Start a GetAll scan with your favorite addon or type /run QueryAuctionItems("", "", "", nil, nil, nil, nil, nil, nil, true) to start one manually. Once the GetAll scan data is fetched from the server, look at the first return value of /dump GetNumAuctionItems("list").
3) Post the results of steps 1 and 2 here.
Thanks :)

Anony,
Double check that the info was entered correctly and the steps followed. If you still are receiving the error, please post as Sapu is checking this page for results.
Thanks again all that are supporting TSM on this!
